Commission process:You must be at least 18 years old to commission me. If you're a minor, please ask your parents/guardians to do the purchase for you unless you have your own money.
Keep in mind that when you're young (kid/teen), there's a possibility that you will grow out of your fursuit, so it won't fit you anymore when you get older, in that case consider buying a head only, a mini partial or a semi partial if you wish to have a fursuit right now.

I have my own style for tails and wings.
Keep in mind that I would never copy other makers styles.
If you're willing to buy a fursuit, you will need to provide a clear reference of what you want to be created, you will need to say what you want (paws, feetpaws, etc). After getting contacted, I will see what you want and reply back with the exact price of the commission based on the complexity and amount of colors.
Keep in mind that not all colors of the reference sheet (digital art) can match with the color of furs, since the pallete is more limited, so it can or cannot have a perfect match.
I will try my best always to match the colors from the reference sheet with the color of furs, making a match as close as possible, and we can discuss the colors to make sure you're happy with them.
I only work with BigZfabric furs (ordered from Stoffhummel) and other high quality new materials.
While I'm working in the commission, I will be showing WIPs of the progress, such as pictures and videos.
Please keep in mind that I'm not always home, since this is a part time job (I'm also a student), I will be showing wips when I can, so please don't rush me with the progress. Fursuits can be very hot or restrain moviments and always have less visibility, I always try to use fresh materials/fabrics, so it can be a bit more comfortable inside, like lining, etc.
I am not responsible for any harm such as:
- Overheat
- Dizziness
- Panic in suit (Claustrophobia)
- Falls and other accidents..
Keep in mind that you need to know your limits to avoid any of this.
Remember to drink a lot of water when in suit, since you need to hydrate yourself.
Keep in mind that I prefer to make fursuits and fursuit parts with only SFW purposes, if you use for NSFW please don't tag me in anything of it since I want to keep my business only SFW. You can use it for what you want, as long there's no harm made to the suit or to yourself/others.Time it takes:For parts commissions I can take from 1 to 3 months depending on my queue and my school life (this is a part time only as mentioned above). For other commissions (heads, fulls, etc) I can take from × to × months (still not available).
Before starting I will buy the materials, remember that the fur can take at least 1 week to come, depends on the delays of transportation.
Keep in mind that I DON'T work with deadlines, since I can't promise I can do till then, I can always try my best to get in finished before an event, but I don't do deadlines.Shipping:
After the fursuit is fully paid and finished, I will be working on to start the shipping process.
I can ship worldwide, the packages are always shipped with CTT (Portugal post).
Once i send it, you will get a tracking number, usually takes 1-3 days to arrive within Portugal and around 5-15 days (or even more) to arrive in other countries.
The shipping price depends always on the weight and measurements of the package, the internacional shipping is always more expensive then Europe's.
Remember that packages outside Portugal/Europe may be subjected to customs costs, also it makes the package take longer to arrive.Commission cancelation and refunds:If you want a refund, you can get in touch with me to talk about it.
If the fursuit isn't started yet and I didn't bought the materials and furs, the refund can be made in full.
If the materials are already bought, the refund will be partial, not full, since the costs in materials aren't refundable.
If the fursuit is already started and the materials are bought, I will account the materials costs and the hours/work spent on it.
To prove the material costs when giving a partial refund, I will be providing receipts.Allergies:I work at home in my living room, I have two cats and one dog, they have access to the living room, when I'm working I lock them outside, but I can always have fur from them on clothes.
